The Austinite - Plated 3-Course Service

A sophisticated, formal dining experience featuring a plated appetizer, main course, and dessert. Our chefs handle everything, from preparation and plating to serving each course, creating a fine dining atmosphere in your home or venue.

■ 2 People (Minimum): $300 total (fixed rate, with or without horsd’oeuvres)

■ 3-8 People: $70/person (without hors d’oeuvres), $90/person (with 3 hors d’oeuvres)

■ 9-16 People: $65/person (without hors d’oeuvres), $85/person (with 3 hors d’oeuvres)

■ 17-25 People: $60/person (without hors d’oeuvres), $80/person (with 3 hors d’oeuvres)

Additional Service Information

– Groceries: Billed separately at cost, estimated at 20-30% of the total per-person cost based on ingredient selection (standard or premium).
– Travel Fee: $35 within Austin City Limits; $50 for locations outside Austin.
– Chef Labor: 4 hours of chef labor are included per event; additional hours or extra staff are billed at $35/hour.
– Rentals & Tableware: Available upon request and billed at cost plus an 18% service fee.
– Additional Courses and Hors d’oeuvres:
– Extra courses: $10/person per course.
– Additional hors d’oeuvres: $7/person per selection.

Note: All additional costs, such as groceries, travel, extra labor, and rentals, are billed separately to ensure transparent and flexible event planning.
