Why Hypnotherapy <\/b><\/p>

Having spent my entire professional career teaching and coaching individuals, I came to see how often we put roadblocks in front of ourselves.

This approach is personally important to me, as hypnotherapy helped me at various times in my own life too \u2013 through the births of my children, and later navigating changes and challenges of everyday life.
