Nancy Donnell, Certified Hypnotherapist, has over 35 years’ experience in maternal and perinatal health, and 13 years in worksite wellness helping employees improve nutrition, exercise, and stress management. She works with both men and women to navigate self-improvement in career, relationships, personal goals, fitness, and health including pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and menopause.<\/p>

Nancy is an Honors Graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute, holds a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Wellness from PennWest, is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, ACE Behavioral Change Specialist, Childbirth Educator and former COO of an Arizona-based non-profit wellness organization. She combines her education and skills to provide practical wellness coaching along with hypnotherapy.<\/p>
